Photography - 1 business day, though this can change depending on the situation.

Property Films - Up to 2 Business Days

Feature Sheets - Delivery depends mostly on the delivery of the content by the client as well as the time and day of the shoot. Most of our preferred printers are closed on weekends so, if for example, your shoot is booked on a Friday then you will not be able to pick feature sheets up until at least Monday. Arrangements can be made for weekend printing for an additional fee.

Website - 1-2 business days. This will also depend on how fast we receive the listing information.

Matterport - 1 business day

2D Floor plans - 1 business day

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL YOU RECEIVE?

Entry packages come with 25 photos.

how do files get delivered?

All services will be delivered by e-mail using Google Drive or Dropbox.

Photography Rights & USAGE POLICY

All Photos and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Photos are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of the Photographer. This license provides the Client with the limited right to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the Photos only for promotional or advertising purposes directly related to the sale of the Property (Usage Rights). Photos used for any purpose not directly related to the sale of the Property must be with the express permission of Photographer and the payment of additional fees, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Photos may be uploaded to any MLS listing service solely for promotion of the Property during the pendency of this Agreement. However, regardless of any terms and conditions of the MLS, at no time does this Agreement provide Client with the right to transfer copyright, or any other exclusive rights.

Unless otherwise specifically provided elsewhere or other signed agreement between the parties, any grant of rights is limited to a term of either one (1) year from the date of this Agreement, or (2) at the termination of Client’s representation of the Property, whichever occurs first. Further use of images beyond one (1) year requires Photographer’s permission and/or additional fees. Usage Rights are assigned to the Client immediately upon delivery of the Photos.

What forms of payment do you accept?

E-mail money transfer and cheque. We also accept all major credit cards but there will be an additional 3% processing fee.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR A SHOOT?

I get asked this question often and for very good reasons. In order for me to do my job properly and efficiently the property needs to be cleaned and/or staged prior to my arrival. As a professional I have a great amount respect for my clients time and I expect the same in return. With that being said there are a few things you can do make your listing photo friendly:

1. Remove all personal belongings (picture frames, report cards, gaming consoles, electronics, used soaps/shampoos etc.)

2. Turn all the lights off.

3. Make sure all toilet seats are down.

4. Staging – Staging can get pricey BUT it gives potential buyers a favourable impression of the property which in turn will help sell your listing faster.

5. Remove the clutter! We want to make your space look as big as possible and removing clutter helps a lot.
