The Photography

Dubbed “FLIPPED HOUSE” by RZLBD Architectes, 33 Graylee is a Scandinavian minimalists dream located in the heart of Scarborough.

A one point perspective of the living area that includes the living room and the dining area.

Scandinavian Minimalism.

The architects made it a point to place all the public living spaces at the front of the house and all the private living spaces at the back. Hence the name “FLIPPED HOUSE”.

A one point perspective of the upper 2nd floor with a view of the work area and the living space. A standout feature here would be the ribbed wood arch that spans across from the wall on one side of the house, through the ceiling, then to the wall on the other side of the house.

A common theme in the “FLIPPED HOUSE” is the inclusion of ribbed wood panelling throughout. Not to be mistaken with the cheap wood panel walls that could be found in every corner of your grandparents house!

A one point perspective of the living space on the second floor. The interior design is very minimal with one chair and a small side table facing a fire place.
